I am back from my vacation and have been back for a few weeks. I needed to get caught up at work and it was not an easy task!
I had a fantastic time in the UK. Gorgeous weather. I am impressed at my skills to plan a trip. Everything was quite smooth and even better than I had anticipated. So *yay*!
As mentionned back in September - a few Phantom pictures. I have managed to finally see the stage show and was not disappointed at all. What a great show!
I shall upload some pictures from Scotland soon - I need to pick the best ones to upload here...
Until then, play nicely and have fun!

Vacation time!

Finally, in 2 days, I will be on vacation until the end of September. *yay*
I can totally say it will be a well deserved vacation (expensive too) in Scotland as well as England. I will also meet up with a friend of mine in Scotland. I have not seen her for 10 years.
When I come back, I will post of few of my favorite pictures from the trip and also, possibly, some Phantom pics as I will it at Her Majesty's Theatre. By Phantom pics, I mean pics around the theatre, if I meet Ramin or some member of the cast, etc... No pictures will be taken during the show though.
I also have pics from my Phantom collection as requested earlier in August by my lovely LiveJournal friend Kaetarin. I will post them then as well.
See you all in October!

So, I asked some of my lovely and delightful LiveJournal friends for pictures suggestions and here's what I got:
Nienna: Interesting/cool buildings in Quebec and kitties (tons of kitties)
Kaetarin: Kitties, Phantom collection, something that represents your work life, a keepsake from a vacation that you really enjoyed and didn't want to end (assuming you keep such things!), the book you are presently reading, your favourite flower and/or garden, your favourite building or one you simply like the architecture of.
Moonlit_candle:Duality of man. Example: sun rising on the lake -- with mist rising off it, and the rays being hidden by the mist, it looked like the sun and the moon rising together!!
Darklingfae: Teapots, sidewalks, bathrooms, trains
Windrivenrain:Starry sky would be an awesome idea. I'm obsessed with everything that has something to do with the night
Binky: Fruit. Curves and angles. Architecture - or odd bits of buildings ?

Random stuff:
Depeche Mode's concert on July 25 was amazing! Dave Gahan was in great shape and you'd never guess he had a cancer a few months ago and also that he had injured himself at the end of the European leg of the tour. I can't deny I love his "man in black" look. Few men can pull off that look and I love it.
Always had a thing for men who love black and look good in black. *dreams*
Anyways, I took a few pictures and shot a few videos. Luckily, you don't hear me sing on the videos. That would have killed my camera! *laughs*
Seriously, you don't want to hear me sing. *blushes*
I have uploaded a few of my favourite pictures from London and I will finish this task next weekend as well as my pictures from Depeche Mode. I have to select a few pictures from my trip to Denver back in 2007. When it comes to London, I am kind of reliving my vacation of last year and I love it.

Wishing for: September to be there already! (Why? Vacation time! And skip my birthday in august at the same time!)
Weather at the moment: Sunny and warm – finally! 15 minutes break outside this morning was enough to burn my shoulders.

I have decided on a few photo projects to work on in the next few weeks.
First project: pictures of Old-Montreal and downtown Montreal.
Second project: have fun with my favourite models – my models are the cats at the shelter where I volunteer and they love to have their picture taken.
If you have any suggestions of subjects, they are more than welcome!
